In the early morning hours of February 11, 2007, we suffered a devastating fire that totally destroyed our shop. We may be down... BUT we are not out! We will be back, rebuilding and coming back bigger and better than before. We are hoping to have our doors open for business by late spring - early summer of 2007 to be able to give our many loyal customers the excellent service they have come to expect - The best in car care.
We would like to thank all our family and friends for their tremendous support and help during this extremely sad time in our lives. Without them, we would be lost! We would also like to extend a very special appreciation to the Otego, Wells Bridge, Unadilla, Franklin and West Oneonta Fire Departments for their high level of professionalism fighting this inferno and keeping it from spreading to other outbuildings and neighbors' homes. You folks may not be as big as the FDNY... but you sure are just as big heroes!
During our rebuilding, we will be able to be reached at our same business number and email addresses. And please continue to visit this website as we will be posting photos and updates as this project progresses.
And, as an important final note, a very special thank you to Jen, Amy, and Vinnie of the Gordon B. Roberts Agency for all their help, concern and over-the-top service. These folks were already working for us at 7am Sunday morning!! Contrary to the Daily Star report, our insurance is terrific, and our Agent and his staff is OUTSTANDING!
